Founder/operator of the spot-lite scouting service

Provide scouting, reporting, statics as well as identifying upcoming talents in the state of Illinois.  Data is distributed to over 125 colleges nationwide.

September 1992 to July 2009

Director/founder of the illinois Warriors athletic program

One of the elite club teams in the country

  1. Produced 21 professional NBA players

  2. Currently 8 NBA players

  3. Currently 5 players in the NBA development league

  4. Over 25 players currently performing overseas

  5. Currently 15 Division I coaches, including one head coach (Brian Wardle –Wisconsin Green-Bay) grew-up in the program

  6. 14 McDonald All-Americans played in the program

  7. Produced 10 high school coaches from with the Warrior program (including 1 high school principal Antonio Ross)

  1. Won the prestigious club team tournament, “real deal on the hill”, at Univ. Arkansas in 2006 & 2009; runner-up in 2008

  2. Won the Nike sponsored Peach-Jam (the top club team event) 1997 & 2004; runner-up 2000; five Final 4 finishes

  3. Won the AAU national championship 17-under 2001; runner-up 1999

  4. Won AAU national championship, 15-under Kingsport, TN in 1995

  5. Finalist in the AAU Super Showcase 2005 & 2008

  6. Won the Adidas Big-Time Tournament a division (Las Vegas) 1995 (17-U)

  7. Won the 2nd Annual Adidas Big-Time Tournament open division (las vegas), July 1996 (17-U) 

  8. Won Canada 18-under National Pan-Am cup (Toronto), April 1996
